REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve this promptly.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 20 business days to your original payment method. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
