Orders may require 5–7 business days for processing and fulfilment before dispatch.

Following dispatch, standard shipping is normally estimated at approximately 6–10 business days.

Most orders therefore arrive within approximately 11–17 business days from the date the order is placed.

However, customers should be aware that processing, fulfilment, carrier, customs or other logistical delays may occasionally extend this timeframe.

By placing an order with Bavorie, you acknowledge and agree that delivery may take up to 45 calendar days from the date your order is placed.

The 6–10 business day shipping timeframe displayed on our website is an estimated transit timeframe and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Extended Delivery Time

While we aim to deliver orders considerably sooner, customers should allow up to 45 calendar days from the order date for delivery.

This extended timeframe allows for circumstances including:

  • fulfilment or processing delays;
  • carrier network delays;
  • customs or border processing;
  • peak-season demand;
  • public holidays;
  • adverse weather or transport disruption;
  • tracking delays;
  • unusually high order volumes; and
  • other unforeseen logistical circumstances.

An order that remains in transit during this agreed delivery period should not automatically be considered lost or undelivered.

If an order has not been delivered within 45 calendar days from the date of purchase, please contact Bavorie customer support so that we can investigate the shipment and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
